Welcome to my practice, where I specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of a range of neurotoxic conditions, including

The Perrin Technique, developed by Dr. Raymond Perrin, serves as the foundation of my treatment approach. Dr. Perrin's groundbreaking theory proposes that various stress factors (physical, allergic, emotional, infectious, chemical, etc.) can sometimes place such an overwhelming strain on the sympathetic nervous system that it starts to seriously dysfunction - often in a multitude of different ways.

Through his published and peer-reviewed PhD research, Dr. Perrin's hypothesis has been confirmed. 

Specifically:

• Individuals suffering from ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, post-viral and post-chemotherapy syndromes have a high level of toxins (poisons) in the fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. 
• The build-up of toxins is due to the failure of proper drainage mechanisms, due in turn to dysfunction of the sympathetic nervous system that regulates them.

In normal circumstances, toxins introduced into the brain or spinal cord should drain out through the blood-brain barrier (via the perivascular spaces) and into the lymph ducts of the head, face, and neck, as well as along the spine. However, in neurotoxic syndromes like ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, long COVID and post-chemotherapy syndrome, the toxins fail to drain, and the drainage mechanisms work in reverse, thus sending the toxins back into the central nervous system. This further increases toxicity and dysfunction, in a vicious cycle that results in the many diverse and often worsening symptoms of neurotoxicosis experienced by those affected. 

Drawing from this understanding, Dr. Perrin was able to predict both the emergence of long COVID and how best to treat it. As a result, he and Perrin Technique practitioners have been successfully treating people suffering from long COVID ever since its onset. 

Similarly, when the necessary chemical treatments for cancer have left patients with chronic post-chemotherapy syndrome or "chemo-brain", Perrin Technique practitioners like myself can usually provide effective treatment and long-term recovery.

My services encompass the diagnosis and treatment of neurotoxic conditions such as those mentioned above. An initial consultation is conducted over the phone, followed by an initial in-clinic session. If the diagnosis is confirmed you will be given a customised course of clinic sessions with a simultaneous home program of self-treatment or helper assisted treatment, adjusted according to your current needs and resources. 

This means that treatment and recovery will always be a team effort, even if you can hardly raise a hand unaided. We will be using gentle manual techniques common to osteopathy and cranio-sacral therapy, combined with some dietary supplements (if and when you can tolerate them) to provide targeted and effective care.

על פי חקירות דוקטורט בפורסם ומעודדות לקריאה של עמיתים של ד"ר פרין, נושא חקרו הוכח, מכיוון והעיקרי, כי בנפשות המתמוטטות מתחום של ME/CFS, פיברומיאלגיה ותסמונות לאחר מחלות חיידקיות יש צפיפה של רעלים בנוזלים בסביבת המוח והחוט השדרי, בשל כשל במנגנוני הניקוז הרגילים.

במצבים רגילים, רעלים שהובאו לראש או הגב אמורים לנקוז לחוץ דרך ערובי הלימפה בראש, פנים וצוואר, וגם לחוץ דרך ערובי הלימפה שממורכים לאורך הגב. עם זאת, בתסמונות נוירוטוקסיות כמו ME/CFS, פיברומיאלגיה וקורונה ארוכה, הרעלים נכשלים לנקוז, מה שיביא להיפוך זרימת הרעלים חזרה אל המערכת העצבית המרכזית. זה מוסיף לגורמיות ולפגם ומביא לסימפטומים דלילים ושונים של נוירוטוקסוז שאנו רואים בתסמונות הנ"ל.
